    First of all I would not write a bad review for the coding errors that we've found but I do it because of the attitude of the customer support.
    If you are willing to buy this theme and to translate it in another language you'll face a range of difficulties like words that can't be translated because they've been used in the source code and not in translation files.
    Then, all sorts of import errors for the demo data for which you need to provide them with user, passwords etc.
    On average it takes them more than 2 days to get back to you with a sollution to your issues, anyway... we've been patient enough to wait for them to fix their issues, however when we've asked them for some help because of lack of logic in their menu they said that we have to pay to give us the information on where we can edit the menu structure.
    Basically what it is, you have jobs and candidates. what we want is to create a different menu for candidates and a different menu for employers. Candidates should not be able to see the other candidates, well, with this theme they can. also the loading time of a candidate list page with only 20 CVs it's about 2-3 minutes which is ridiculous in our era.
    we've asked them for help but they've refused to give us the information on where we can change the menu they have so it won't be global anymore but customized for each type of user.
    Also, they never got back to us with regards to the loading time of the page.
    Also, the translation can't be made in a single page, you need to go in every page to translate the options and you will end up looking for some words for ages.
    I would not use this theme and I would ask for a refund but we've put a lot of work and wasted time in it already.
    You should not buy this theme if you want to finish your project in time and not wasting time to search for words or wait for customer support for weeks to get back to you.

    Hi @arodasmedia , Thanks for your opinion and feedback, however we cannot agree with you. We just told you that what you asked for is not available by default in theme. So attitude means that "it's not available by default" or we don't have enough information, because we didn't make files customization you asked for? If you would like to know what is included as a support into theme and what is not, we suggest to read Item Support Policy carefully.
    Let me answer your concerns one by one.
    1. Translation Issues : You had already been provided 100% free translation files for theme as well as Wp-jobhunt plugin. Only single String you have raised in Application Deadline feature is not translatable, which is now already fixed with upcoming update.

    2. Demo data : Obviously, its not possible to sort demo data problems with out having access to your site and login details.
    3. Menu Structure: Can you please just show how you can say you can set individual menus for candidate and employer login with out customization when there is no option available at backend?

    As been told many times, individual menus for candidates and employers login are not available by default. Menus that are available at backend for candidates and employers can only be used as widgets in sidebar or footer. If you wish to implement the functionality you can achieve it via code customization.

  • Other By CengoDanmark, 2017-01-09 via themeforest.net Sure, the theme is great and all, if you're not looking to: translate or customize.
    After purchasing this theme, i found that i did quite had the things that i needed, so i contacted ChimpStudio's customization department, who helped me get most of the things i needed in the theme. However, when i asked for a change log and some invoices it took them nearly a week to get me the thing, even though the kept promising to sent them the same or next day. Now the change log they provided was only a list of files they had modified, so i was basically unable to ever update the theme, because apparently a "change log for each and every modification cannot be provided.".
    Being from a nordic country, i wanted to translate the complete theme, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but with this theme is has been. So far i've found more than 150 critical string that needed to be added from coding (it took approx. 2 min per string). Now i got the customization department to add a couple of the string, but then they told me that i needed to contact the Support department for further assistance. When i contacted them they replied that it was not a part of their support to do so..... So i needed to hire an independent freelancer to do the job, which ended up costing me over 100 usd....
    Despite from that, i would say that the theme is alright. It does have some nice features and functions.
    I could keep writing, but i am not here to do so, i am here to inform future buyers of this theme, that it requires some work and money to get this theme as you want it.
  • Bugs By sakendrick, 2017-01-09 via themeforest.net I had read this theme was good for either job board or a corporate careers site. I've been attempting to use it for the latter. Some of the issues are not functioning as on the demo site - for example, company images never appear in the job listing or employer overview. Any time I raise this issue, support just points to the fact that I don't meet the minimum requirements, specifically max upload file size. My hosting provider WP Engine has increased these settings as high as they are able to and they are close to what the system requirements ask for (example 200 MB vs 256). Regardless - that setting has nothing to do with why the theme isn't working properly, but support is trained to not answer questions or troubleshoot issues if those settings don't match. I'm attempting to process a refund because I simply can't use it.

  • Code Quality By masterict, 2017-01-05 via themeforest.net This theme is not as described on the demo, there are features found on the demo which they lied about and was not seen when i bought the theme, if you are just thinking of having a job portal which you want to have full control over the codes, i advise you go for something else, because this theme hurts my heart badly as i thought i have gotten the right theme for my project. This is a total waste of time, money and resource. Response rate is awfull
