Adventurous

We use Adventurous theme for a while now and are amazed about the almost endless options it offers. And if a change is needed we cannot make by an integrated tool to customize the theme we can rely on the quick and helpful support. No complicated explanations or answers by default, but really practical tips.

All pages are producing (at least) two h1 tags each, which – taking into account the way they are being used – could be quite bad for SEO.
And, maybe more importantly, the theme author provides NO support.

I spent quite some time looking for a theme, in the enormous WP theme ‘theme-universe’.
I tried the ‘Adventurous’ theme, first as a free version, and noticed that it is very fast and clean.
The search at wpsniffer also ranked it as a very fast theme.

Of course, the free version in nice, but it lacked some features that I really needed, which, it turns out, were all in the ‘Pro’ version.
So I bought the Pro version, and so far have been very impressed with the theme itself, and the support the developers provided.
Within a day / with the time difference /, the answers were provided on the theme’s forum, and they were clear and usable.

I was actually specifically looking for a theme that has the basic elements in place, with good support, and without the third-party plugins added into the mix, which is a very common practice at the Envato’s ThemeForest / a separate subject on its own /.

So far, the Adventurous Pro has completely matched my expectations, and truly exceeded them, especially when it comes to the Support.

I give it a rank of ‘Highly Recommended’. 5 stars .

Great theme! I purchased the Pro version and it is well worth it, very customize-able and lots of room for creativity. Plays nicely with WooCommerce which was a must for me.

I’ve been a fan of Catch Themes for a while. Adventurous theme is the second one I use for friends who just started in the web world. They were impressed with the lay out, intuitive theme options and most of all the support from the theme’s developers.

I just uploaded the Adventurous Pro theme to use for my own web design company. It is beautiful. I went through the many settings and I am sure I will be able to make it look exactly how I want. (Lots of controls on the free version as well, but web site design is my business so I wanted all of them.)

With all this flexibility, I am sure I will play at tweaking the look often.

Love it, needs a few tweaks I feel – you have boxed or sidebar but no full width, no sidebar option. The footer credits need to be optional (Not contained in the Header.php file) which is annoying.

Overall, a great theme!
