Bugs By tbkmagazine, 2016-08-26 via themeforest.net The theme crashed my site after uploading it and activating the theme. I was not able to log in to my wordpress account, and whatever is in the theme caused problems for my host to remove. The authors have been very rude in the process and have tried to make me feel like a moron when it comes to things. I asked for a refund because of not being able to use the theme at all. They proceeded to tell me that I asked for it at the same time I purchased when in fact I asked for it 4 hours after the install because that is how long it took to fix my website. Do not purchase this theme or any of their themes.

1. You tell me your web crash and get white blank screen after install my item. Need 4 hours to fix it. That is common problem and need not more then 10 minute to fix it.

2. In our data from Envato, you asked refund just after download this theme (in same hour.) I already captured and send to you.

3. Main reason I refuse to give refund is: you don't give me a chance to see what happen, and fix the problem. I can not give refund only base from what you said.

4. More than 450 buyers, and I respect to them. I give refund when my item have bugs and no solution to fix that.
