I didn't understand why you write this FAKE review.
You history:
1) First contact us on Jun 20 with first reason:
You:
Man, i bought your theme, you promised , 4 premium plugins including visual composer?
Our reply:
Plugins are 5 and not 4 and is all included in our theme. Also I advise you to open a ticket if you find an issue.
2) Second contact us on Jun 23 with second different reason:
You:
You advise some php error in import demo and you blackmail us if we can't give a refund.
Our reply:
Import error doesn't give any php error. But if you want you can open a ticket for showing this php issue.

3) Third contact on Ju 29 with third different reason:

now you want only a refund and you don't want open any ticket for check this eventual issue.
Our reply:
Open a ticket and we will check all eventual issue. After this if these issues are present you give you a refund.

So you never opened a ticket for check this eventual issue.
It's normal because all issue wrote is totally FAKE.
