Freak

I’m working on a blog using the “Freak” theme and I’ve been having trouble getting the header image to work as I expect. It has a tendency to zoom in on the image. How can I upload the image so it fits, or mostly fits in the frame? Even when I use a small image it will zoom into it. I’m very frustrated.

A beautiful and versatile theme that’s very customizable and easy to maintain

I am using this theme, but I have had to work around a few limitations. I still love the overall design especially for the single post with image behind title.

The mobile design is flawed. Sliding out the menu with a gesture falae-triggers too often.

There is no print.css and the design results in terrible printing layout.

Those need to be fixed for 5 stars.

Freak is the theme I use for my personal site, and it offers so many options that it feels like a premium theme that I had to purchase.

If I could make a few suggestions for the next update, I would like to have the option to change the number of widgets in the footer. Currently, there are 4 and they are fixed. The problem I have with that is when I put a contact form in the footer, it looks too narrow because there is no much space left. The other thing I would like to have is LinkedIn in the Social Media section.

Great theme.

I like this theme, but it is not 100% mobile responsive. The header image is not mobile responsive, as well as a few other areas of the theme.

The header image is the same on the homepage and all pages, so you cannot have different header images for each page. I emailed support (Rohit) and he said he would help me, and then never did. He also responded to 1 email, and then never responded again. Disappointed in the support for this theme.

Would NOT recommend buying or using this theme if you want support. You are on your own.

I’m very disappointed. It seems a great theme but it has many shorcomings.

Header is the same in all pages, footer it’s not working at all (can’t edit footer, can’t decide how many columns…) and so on.

Is this a beta version?

I don’t recommend to buy this theme.

Spent quite some time mocking up a site using this theme, and everything looked great in Safari. In Internet Explorer, however, the site logo and menus were off center by about 1/3 of the screen. Wasn’t able to use this theme because of this.

I love the look and function of this theme. Everything works great.

How can I translate the messages in the theme? Ty

In this theme I’ve selected a category of posts for the grids section,I can see the same posts in the section below the grids.I want to change the category of posts below the grids.How do I do it ?

The Freak theme is clean and appealing to the eye. I have gotten great feedback since I have updated my website with this theme! I love it and am loving my website’s new look!!
