They have been unresponsive and it has been 2 days going on 3 days and it is not a weekend. Also, one of the features noted on the demo is not in the download.

Customer Support By mymoiety, 2017-02-09 via themeforest.net No updates to this theme for 4 months. No help when asking customer service. The theme is nice, but there are a few important things missing. You can't use manual excerpts for one, which is ridiculous.

hi the latest update for this theme is released on dec 19, 2016 (less than 2 months) which added ability to use manual excerpts. please update your theme to get it along with other fixes http://daffyhazan.com/glossy-changelog/
