Very beautiful theme, but not W3C valid. No Chance to get it valid.
Example: search id=”s” and id=”searchsubmit” always duplicate.

Genau danach habe ich gesucht!
Man kann über die übersichtliche .css Datei vieles wunschgemäß verändern.
Habe schon viele Themes versucht, aber keins hat mich bisher überzeugen können.
Nutze das Theme für eine statische Homepage ohne viel schnick schnack.

I know that this isn’t the best theme from the others, but what i need is that to make the navigation bar to be fixed after scrolling the page and the navbar touches the top edge

Great for starters

It is really easy to get started with this one, plus it looks great. Some tweaks need to be made via editor, but this mostly applies when translating GUI elements.

Looks great, very clean and professional-looking, and easy to use and easy to customize as well.
I’m quite partial to this developer’s themes because I like the clean, minimalist look and I’ve used one or two of his themes at one point or another and I’ve never had any major problems with any of them. Kudos to Anders! And thanks for making this one free!

Easy to use and elegant

I tried several themes before this one and none worked. There was always a reason I could not use them. Then I remembered i used Anders Noren’s Baskerville theme at my personal page and decided to test his other themes. When I tried Hemingway it became apparent that it was the right theme for my site, the only problem being that at low resolutions (like for phones) the text for the plugin “muut forums” was cut or outside boxes. But there is always a problem when applying webpages to small devices. (And the problem was solved by turning the phone horizontally.)

I’m a graphic designer, this theme has excellent typography and layout – I am really picky about type. It has what I wanted without a lot of stuff I don’t need. I don’t even know if the color and fonts are easy to modify since I am using it straight out of the box. Looks good on a phone.
Every choice the author has made is what I would have chosen—great job!

Thanks a lot for this theme! I’ve been using it for a long time now and it is my favorite. It have all the things I seek in a theme and I find it difficult to find a theme that does the same. Looking forward to see some of your new themes.
