I bought the theme a few weeks ago and after 30 minutes noticed that it is not enough for me. Since I wanted to spend 50 euro out of fun, I asked for the return of the theme. I was denied the rejection because the demos one could look at. But they do not. I deny my blog as a livelihood and if I miss 50 euro is very much as mother.
I am disappointed by envato I can already have with the producer again if I withdraw the conflict with paypal. Did not bring me much, my money I did not get back.

I'm sorry to hear that! The theme was purchased 1 month ago. It was used for 1 week and then you requested a refund via support ticket explaining "The settings did not give us to give my blog the look, which I hoped." We replied to your support ticket explaining that we are not able to provide refunds for themes which have been downloaded (like is the policy with most digital items) and asked how we could help you get the look you were going for.
I would imagine that, prior to purchasing the theme, you reviewed Hickory's demo website and item page and liked the look of it. The demo website is created used the actual theme, so it's absolutely possible to achieve the same look.
Because of the difficult refund policy with digital items/themes, we try our very best to describe our themes in honest detail on their item pages and show what the theme is capable of doing and how it looks on its demo website. We certainly don't aim to have anyone disappointed in our items!
You never replied to our request of how we could assist you. You then requested another refund via Envato 3 weeks after the first support ticket and I again explained the refund policy and asked how we could help you. You again ignored this request which is frustrating because we'd love to help you achieve your desired site look.
This leads us to believe that you simply changed your mind regarding the theme and that it's not necessarily about the theme's design after all.
