iFeaturePro Buggy

I submitted an earlier review of iFeature but it got deleted by WPyogi and Emil – whoever they are. They said they deleted my review because it was pertaining to a free theme. First off, I paid for iFeature Pro, but there’s no other way to rate iFeature Pro other than through iFeature. Second, if a theme is buggy, it should be rated and feed back should be provided whether free or not. What sense does it make to rate a them if you cannot give honest feedback. The developers can’t make corrections without knowing about it. Also, as I spent lots of time searching for themes, I appreciate knowing if a theme whether free or not works!
So, iFeature Pro is “buggy”. Child menu items do not show up, widgets randomly show up etc.. and support needs to be better than “hang on, we’ll check on it” and then not responding again.
I had high hopes for iFeature Pro and that’s why I paid the $35 for it. I finally gave up and have asked for a refund although I hope the developers fix it. I’d gladly try again after they address the issues.
I also wish Emil and WPyogi had not deleted my first review. It was honest and could be helpful.

Really nice theme and lots of features in free version. Many can live without the need to upgrade.

SUCH a time consuming thing

Looks lovely, looks as if it should be simple, looks as if it should work easily. Drag and drop won’t work, along with loads of other things. Complete time waster. Just hope I can crack it – and IF ONLY they would write simple explanations for non-teckies to be able to follow and not assume we know what to do. I can work Quark Xpress and Dreamweaver competently but not this damned thing. Frustrated as hell right now. Can’t get the carousel or the iFeature Pro 5 slider to accept images and work as it should. Wish I hadn’t spent good money on something I thought would solve my problems. It’s created more !

I have been working w WP for years. This theme was the biggest mistake and waste of money I have ever come across. Nice in theory but a bad product. Lots of “broken” functionality. They released 5 with a ton of things not working right. (I upgraded cuz 4 was not working right.) I DO NOT recommend this theme or CyberChimps to anyone. I am only one voice. Look at their support forum and see for yourself.

Oh [please help… we had a nice site then after upgrading to 5.0.5. caramba .. background is gone… suddenly we have all kind of blocks on thje right side.. how to get rid of that?
How to de-install 5.0.5. and get back to 4.5. version…

ifeature is a very beautiful and elgant theme…very easy to customize integrate your social links and Google analytic all built into the theme by default.
