I’m thankful I stumbled on this company. I was testing other themes. The themes I was testing were intro versions to see if I would be willing to pay big bucks for their themes. Their trial versions were dismal failures and their tech support in WP forums were no help.
When I found this company, I was skeptical about Isle themes, but I thought why not. I’m very grateful I did. Their theme is far superior to a paid theme. There are still some small changes and additions needed in my opinion to the code, but the theme does work and looks fantastic. You can see their work on my website: http://www.breaie.com
Their tech support is excellent. Their IT support Gurus know what they are doing. They will stay on the issue until the problem is fixed.
In my opinion, this is a solid company with great ideas, innovative, and by their level of commitment to superior service and coding will become very profitable and successful (I’m sure they are now). My advice for whatever it’s worth: Don’t deviate from what you are currently doing now as you grow and expand. Keep your core values and principles.

This week we have launched our blog page and used teh isle theme. But on the run we faced with couple of problems that we couldnt solve. We contacted with the company and wrote our issues. In just few hours they replied us and solved our problem.
Guys this is a free theme and you are giving fantastic support.

Hard-code is everywhere. You couldn’t change anything by yourself in elements. The .css files is greater than 400Kb!
Next, you can’t rename theme folder (get 500 error)
Finally, there’s no support here )

Great service, even for a free theme, I had a problem that they told me was a plug-in problem and they were spot on. I learned a few things from them. I am going to stay with them for a long time.
