Great support I received eventhough the problem source was from third party.

I have had two tickets with the Web-dorado support and they are really excellent
– quick,
– kind,
– efficient,
– professional.
I´ve ben leading a serve desk for 7 years and I´m since 12 years in Customer support business and I have to say that your support Web-dorado team is one of the best I ever experienced.

I sent a mail to the support and ask them to help me to fix a “Read more” link to the theme. And they answered after just a few hours. AND had fixed the link for me the very NEXT DAY.

For a simple news website or as a shell for other types, this theme is easy to install and use.

In choosing from MANY themes both free and paid, we chose this theme for our new magazine. Besides a real printed hard copy for physical distribution, we needed a clean magazine website, a news theme to load fast and accept ecommerce.
News-Magazine fulfills all these features beautifully. As with all themes the learning curve with this one is short. I found it easy to customize and figure out.
WooCommerce is supported.
I also have used a few different plugins with ease and no conflicts.
When I needed help with actual theme issues, Support was forthcoming quickly and accurately. I did not have down time waiting for help. One issue was the display of reading area on the pages that were not consistent and seemed to run off the desktop screen. They fixed this immediately and now all my pages are the same.
One thing I LOVE is the speed this theme loads up for us.
Many different features of page styles, yet simple.
So in using several themes, we settled on this one because overall the load time is fast, the look is crisp and clean and eComm and other classified plugins work seamlessly.

News Magazine is a very good theme

Very effective in displaying widgets pages and posts in orderly fashion.

Absolutely great theme. Has the flexibility I need to make the site look the way I want.

I was looking for a magazine theme to overwrite an existing one, one I could customize and offer more diversity than my existing theme. I searched (as I always do) long and hard, then decided on News Magazine.

One issue with selecting a theme is they don’t always respond as you’d like them to once installed, NM was clean and responsive right out of the box, easy to work with and fit around my existing content.

It has served me well and is light and consistent in it’s performance. Their other themes by this developer are equally as good and comes with my recommendation.

Excellent theme, which I have found readily adaptable.
Support is fantastic, responding very quickly with a resolution to a problem I had.

I am using this theme on three web sites. I very much like the overall format, but I am really disappointed in the free version’s lack of features. Here are the problems I have:

The slider is way to big and does a HORRIBLE job of resizing the pictures to fit. No matter what size photo you use, it comes out looking like stretched taffy. I would love to be able to make the slider smaller, but there is no option to do that.

The text and in particular the titles are WAY too big. Stevie Wonder would think they are too big. There is no way to change the size of the fonts or their color

None of the colors can be changed except for one part of the background.

The columns of the pages only grow as long as the content in it is, so if you only have a couple widgets in one column and six widgets in another, one column will be way longer than the other. This is fine if you have nothing but a white background, but if you have color it looks like a mess, like a jigsaw puzzle with the pieces separated….all disjointed and a mess.

And one of the most annoying: the drop down menu of the sub pages on each top page is white text on a white background, and there is no way to change the background color in that section or the color of the text. What idiot came up with that? I hope these things are not an issue on the paid version, but it really chaps my hyde that these basic functions are issues on the free version. Why even bother having a free version if its crap.
