Code Quality By hhuffake, 2017-06-22 via themeforest.net If you are planning on people sharing your posts on twitter, which most online news websites plan on, then do not buy this theme. When you try to share articles on social networks like twitter it shows up as scrambled words & with no image. When I gave them a support ticket, they blamed twitter for some reason which is crazy. It is extremely easy to use twitter card images & descriptions to get this to work properly, yet they won't fix it. They seem to not care about this at all. Most people find news articles on social media now, but elated seems to not understand that.

Hello there,
As we can see our senior support replied to you ticket and he explained to you that special characters from content will be sanitized and escaped when sharing which is normal since content may contain shortcodes, HTML, javascript, and various data which can be harmful for api, but if you set custom excerpt then text will be served as it is. This is default theme functionality and there is no need for fixing anything. There is no issue in our theme or regarding sharing, and we hope that you will consider changing this bad rating.

I have a CSS issue due to problems with the demo import function. Just getting one single reply from Elated on such basic issues takes up to two days.
Imagine the frustration when that reply is a generic template and doesn't resolve the issue - another two day wait before you get their next message!
My website is unusable till this is fixed (perhaps it will be soon), so if you get a theme from Elated, don't count on timely support.
