Poor SEO on homepage and no support By marcussheen, 2017-04-16 via wordpress.org

All SEO checks on my site come up with severe warnings about poor SEO on the homepage – no ability to add alt-text to any images and no H1 headers. Have asked on the support forum both here on WordPress and on the Cryout Creations and had no meaningful response.

This would be a 5-star theme if it wasn’t for this severe problem and the poor support.

    Excellent theme. I started to make a website for our organisation with the wordpress standard themes in feb. Since then requirements have changed several times and that was the main reason I switched to Nirvana. Its very flexible with many features so I can fulfill all wishes. Great.
    We started with a website that was complicated for our audience (=pensioners) and I gradually made it more simple, cleaner, with larger fonts, etc etc. Nirvana allowed me to do that and its stiil looking good. See zcputte.nl

    I search a looong time to find a nice, highly customisable and FREE theme (yeah, I’m fussy) before I found the Nivrana !
    A lot of fonctionnalities, all customisable, good looking : amazing job Cryout, keep that way ! I pay you a coffee as soon as I finish my website !

    Really love this highly customizable theme.

    Only thing missing is WPML/Polylang support to manually translate custom fields in Presentation Page. For example the slide header titles and content.

    Also quite disappointed by the lack of response from CryOut’s support team. I even offered to pay the support, but no answers.
