Can't see the top header block in profitmag theme

Hi! Can anybody help me to get the top header of this theme work. I tried searching on internet but not helpful. I am not able to see the top header as shown in the theme preview.
Actually I want to place a news ticker on the top header (black colour). I don’t know what is going wrong.
Any assistance in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Support solved a problem with the code and published a new version of the theme within 2 Weeks of me submitting an error report. That is excellent for an easy to use . Continue the good work!

Has potential but

This look like a great Theme. But be prepared to spend a lot of time trying to make it work. Some of it is woefully unintuitive.
Its also very buggy with any changes or posts introducing random outputs.
Ive given up with it.

Disappointed & Frustrating

I tried everything for 4 hours to make this theme work properly and just as I finally got all the images on the home page to stay in place, I added 1 widget and everything erased. So incredibly frustrating. Do not use this theme, especially if you already have an established blog. Converting it is for a very advanced user and if you know your stuff you wouldn’t need this theme anyhow. Additionally there was no support nor instructions. For magazine themes that did work, I finally switched the theme to Awaken and it loaded perfectly with very little tweeking. Also liked Forever, magazino, and twenty fourteen. All these worked fine with no errors.

I have been running the http://www.cyberwarzone.com website for 6 years now and I thought to give a try and pick a new “free” template which at first sight seems to promise a lot. Well, I installed it, tried multiple configurations and guess what, I DID not get it to work.
Now that it something very dissapointing and especially if it promoted on the WordPress Theme section as a “working” template.
Do not use this template, it will break your “operational” environment. Only use this on “demo/development” environments.

When i Check for Blogging i use many theme but not liked finally i got ProfitMag theme which was awesome. But there are still some bugs to fix . But its awesome carry on author ..
