  • Flexibility By FFFEGO, 2016-10-22 via themeforest.net All images in theme should be manually cropped. No aspect fit. If you are going to show your posts in different sections (e.g. Slider and Latest), it will look ugly because of different aspect ratio. Images in slider are not even centred if they have width less than slider frame has. Slides duration setting doesn't work for me. They are just changing every second, no matter which value I've set (e.g. 20000 ms).
    Poor support. Opened the ticket 18 days ago - still no response.

    You need to run the regenerate thumbnails plugin as your images were cropped by your previous theme. All themes require this.

Please check the comments for evidence of this. The majority of clients have to beg on the public comment section with their ticket no. to be noticed on the paid support forum.

    The buyer (iniyaya or khinkson@hotmail.com) never purchased the other version of Solstice so her first statement is completely false. This gives some insight as to what kind of buyer we are dealing with here. One that falsely slanders the author if he/she does not get what the said buyer wants. Also, all requests from the buyer were customization requests which item support does not include. See item support details here: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy. All items on themeforest are templates, any modifications or customization not within the scope of the theme options are the buyers responsibility. We realize we made an unfortunate and unintentional oversight on her ticket which delayed our response, but tried to resolve the issue by offering a refund which the buyer refused http://seaboardthemes.com/solstice-lite/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/indiyaya.png . So we can only conclude that she likes the theme but is angry that we would not customize it for her. Giving a bad review because we would not customize the theme (which is not included in support) for you is unreasonable. Also, said buyer had issues that were explained in extreme detail on our support site articles which she failed to read and just demanded we help her or do it for her.
  • Customizability By Solwega, 2016-06-11 via themeforest.net This theme sticks to the good old Design Rule: "Form follows Function". It's very well balanced and offers a vast and well organized range of customization possibilities. It reminds me a lot of WP Zoom's considered magazine themes, but Solstice is much lighter and therefore perfect for personal blogs (Fashion, DIY, Lifestyle...) I especially like the two menu-option. (That gives me the possibility to put disclaimer and boring stuff on the top, while the second menu focuses on the 'fun' categories). Thank you, Good Job!
