In every theme, you purchase when you have paid plugins that requires updates like Visual Composer or Revolution Slider, it's up to the theme provider to provide you with the update. But, in this case of Beoreo , they tell you in the beginning that they're going to give you updates then they tell you to purchase the plugins by yourself. So it costs you more than expected.
Don't purchase a customer support, they're really so bad. For the simple question they won't do any effort to help. Every time they will tell you that they can't do this and that you can contact a developer and pay him to do what you're asking for.
I've used many paid themes before and I've never experienced the shit I experienced with Beoreo's theme provider.
So, just be ready to get a very bad customer experience.

Hi, look like have misunderstand there. When you purchased Beoreo theme, we will provide plugins Visual Comporse and Revolution Slider as free. Always like this. You can open ticket and we will provide last version plugin. Not charge anything . Hope you can understand it. Thank you !
