  • Bugs By kcorbett, 2017-06-11 via themeforest.net re: Portfolio _UNDERSCORE. I went to the support site--and see it's been a continuous issue for TWO YEARS? Why don't you simply fix it instead of referring people OFF of Themeforest??
    Please understand: Morpheus is a GREAT LOOKING Theme--*on your demo*--and a super attractive buy for mobile--it's beautiful, BUT BUYER BEWARE: even for the average to above average WordPress user the documentation is inconsistent & lacking (yes, I went through it ALL) and the upload demo content can't be modified easily like other themes.

    Hey,
    We are really sorry you feel this way, but that underscore on the portfolio item is a feature. The designer wanted it there. And there are instructions on the support forum on how to remove it, if one does not like it
    As for the easiness with which you can build your website, I know the theme does not come with visual composer or some other visual building plugin, but the shortcode generator does its job quite well and I am always here to help with any issues you might encounter during the construction of your website.

  • Other By evolvwebdesign, 2017-01-04 via themeforest.net We have done hundreds of websites and tried tons of themes but this one honestly has the slowest loading time I've ever seen. We tried requesting support to look into it since they have multiple complaints on this same issue but still nothing has been fixed. I find it truly embarrassing for my client to have to wait for their site to load so long, which reflects upon us in the end. If you are willing to fix this major issue that also affects their SEO, then we would be willing to change our stars but not until then, sorry to say.

    Hey,
    Your homepage loads in ~3s for me, the main demo homepage (which has half the requests) loads in ~2s. As I have already told you, the other complaints about the site speed were related to the loading of resources from a "dead" server. And were resolved.
    About the SEO plugin you use, which, by the way works with the theme, I went out of my way and spent quite a bit of time trying to solve the issue that only affects the admin area, even though we are not required to offer support for 3rd party plugin integration.
    Lastly, you can give the theme whatever rating you feel it deserves. We do not respond to blackmail.
