Now we are at v2 with a ton of updates and the BEST customer support / dev out of over 40+ plugins/themes I've used in the past. They got back to me within hours and were very helpful to resolve issues to their best capabilities. Will buy more themes from them in the future.

    Hi mmciver13, these were indeed nasty issues back then.. Our vision has greatly changed since. We are focusing only on the two WP themes we have now (not the new ones) which we treat like individual products and have plans on making them better in the months and years to come.     Hi mmciver13, i am very sorry for your bad experience with the theme, current v1.2 indeed requires a better PHP version 5.6 (at least) since it uses some advanced logic, if your hosting has lower than 5.6 then well.. they are 3-7 years behind of what web uses today. The customer service was so SLOW and unhelpful - responses were often several days to weeks after support inquires. Went back to another theme that I know works instead of trying to wait for help fixing the numerous bugs on this one. Very disappointing.

    Hello Kate, as far as i can tell from your ticket - your theme version was 1.1 which indeed had a lot of bugs and then you tried to update it to v1.2 which failed due to old PHP version on your server, it was a major issue, so we decided to push a fix with a theme update but didn't notify you thus the wait.. Today we have released v1.3 that fixed a lot of bugs (see changelog on item page) and added compatibility patch fol older PHP versions, we will continue to update&support the theme nevertheless.     Hi niksoftware, i am very sorry for this, we offer support only through emails, not comments.. but it looks like our support help desk was routing some Ventcamp support tickets to different folder for some time rather the one it should.. And then it failed to verify the purchase resulting in the ticket getting unanswered.. We usually respond within 8-12h on all requests..
    Anyway, this error arises because of the older PHP version (should be 5.6 at least) so you should either upgrade the PHP manually from hosting control panel or just ask you hosting provider.
    All in all, as i mentioned earlier i am completely ok to offer a full refund if you like since this is clearly our fault i have provided the instructions if you wish to continue this way in the recovered ticket

  • Bugs By jrtoy4311, 2016-08-25 via themeforest.net lots of issues with this theme, map doesn't work, to which they market as a "feature" when I make edits to the template theme buttons start disappearing, not a very good theme. Not to mention when you look for support they don't reply back...

    Hi jrtoy4311, our support is provided by direct one on one emails, which we always answer but in your case i can see that it is unanswered indeed, this is not normal and I will investigate this issue. Meanwhile we have updated theme on Sept 1 fixing numerous bugs and issues, updating to new major WooCommerce 2.6 version and also fixing the Google Maps since they now require API key.
