    • Other By jasonpatton, 2017-05-30 via themeforest.net Seasoned WP designer here. Horribly convoluted theme. Requires 14 plug-ins to function like the live preview. Very difficult to navigate settings. Poor documentation. Steer clear of this theme unless you enjoy spending your time troubleshooting what should be the simplest of design elements.

      Dear Sir,
      Thank you for your message. You bought the theme just two hours ago and have sent the refund request one hour ago without asking any support. Although we included 14 plugins but you can operate the theme by installing 6/7 plugins. Other plugins we included (Ex. WooCommerce) as a feature. Besides we never advertised something that our theme works without plugin.
      Also we have included details documentation in the documentation folder. We have checked that all of our plugins link are okay, so can you please let us know which plugins have broken links.
      If our theme will not work then we are allowed to give you the refund otherwise not. As we did not find anything wrong with our theme so we'll not give you the refund and it is the refund policy. Can you please give us your site credentials so that we can support you and make you happy.
