I’ve had one of the best experiences, ever! First of all I love the features of the full frame theme I bought from RFC but because I am technically challenged, I had a hard time getting it set up. I was getting frustrated. I sent a few emails to which they responded and were always helpful. I continued to struggle but felt that if I asked too many questions I would be met with resistance! You know what I mean…. You’ve gone through the ordeals with various customer service and technical support departments before!   Well, in sheer desperation, after I was sure I had wrecked my site, I contacted their support team.
