  • Bugs By cyborgao, 2017-05-30 via themeforest.net I try different ways to fix the problem that i say inside theme infinite scroll gallery not loading more images for some HD screen smart phones like moto g4 motoX... , i saw that problem inside the demo site too, i will record a video to show this problem cause more than one month no fix for it !

    However as we tried to explain to you on the ticket. We checked your site http://www.brunabomfim.com.br/ and infinite scroll is working fine so we don't know what to fix as it's working the same way as demo site.

    We are sorry if theme didn't bring you expectation you want.
    Basically we couldn't produce issue you have and we have already explain and send screenshot to you. We recommend you to change number of initial posts which can easily solve issue you said you have but you haven't believe us and never did it so we don't know if you don't believe what we recommend you to do then what can we do?
    As you can also see that infinite gallery & portfolio works fine on our demo sites too.

  • Flexibility By webkitpro, 2017-01-31 via themeforest.net What a horrible theme. Absolutely non-customizable. It has its own page constructor (which is ugly), but you can't normally edit anything in it (even columns). I am very dissapointed. Waste of money.

    We are sorry if theme didn't bring you expectation you want.
    We doubt that this the main reason you rated us 1 star because we checked your tickets and it seems like you are using our theme for more than a year now. Which means that our theme did something right for you otherwise why don't you are using it for than a year? If it's really bad as you mentioned. Why don't you open refund request while your support is not yet expired, we would accept your refund request. Right now your support is also expired so it's hard for us to accept refund request for item purchased more than a year. Perhaps you are angry because your support is expired and you couldn't open a new ticket or you want to force us to accept refund of your purchase?
    We couldn't as you are and still using our theme over a year now.
