I have spent 3 days reviewing and testing WP themes and decided this was the most contemporary and flexible. But it doesn’t stop there! I am new to WP and websites altogether, so I needed some guidance (no doubt a pro would have no problem!), so I emailed the developer and he was amazing! Within 15 minutes, everything was live and resolved, and no doubt if I had some experience, I probably could have overcome this. But what is so awesome, is that the developer of this theme, gave me nearly an hour of his time and I have not paid a cent! But hey, we are all in this to try and make some $$$, so as soon as I have some income coming in, I will be upgrading to PRO, to ensure this developer shares my rewards.
Fabulous everything! Best developer and theme!

As I mentioned before and I MUST say it again, I am VERY pleased not only with the customer service you have provided, but also the speed in which you respond to my issues. In a day where customer service seems to be lacking across the board (generally speaking), it is good to know that there is a company who understands the value of pleasing the customer which results in repeat business, which this case you have gained, for other wonderful themes you create.

Great download, beware of restore default!

Imon – thank you for an amazing product. Unfortunately, maybe for me as a newbie or just the interface you have, I made some color changes to the hover and decided I didn’t like them, so I “restored defaults”…thinking it would be just for that section of the template. Sadly, it was for all my data and I’m back to the drawing board since my data was brand new and not yet backed up…
Other than my user error (maybe you could add a scarier warning message??), the interface is amazing – I love the slideshow!! And I just purchased the Pro version. This is a theme I will stick with and your quick responses to everyone make this an easy purchase for me to make!
UPDATE ON 2/12/2014: I have bought isis-pro and love all the extra features

After creating a child theme, in function.php error, it became worst.
But, thanks to the 24-hour support, I was saved!
and re-installation of isis-pro, it made me also “normal” child theme further, You really helped me out.
I’m poor at English, but Japanese, Mr.Imon who just email kindly, thank you.
You’re the best.
