Update 3.0.0 – 25.04.2017

This is a brand new update and changes nearly ALL files. Most of the VC Elements have been changed and tons of new ones are added. The theme is absolutely faster and better performing! If you are planning to update to version 3.0.0, you will need to update your Visual Composer, and make a full update of theme files.

  • Flexibility By artwarebranding, 2016-09-24 via themeforest.net Design speaking it is a very good theme, but its flexibility is very limited and author did not specify exactly the limitations of this theme. Telling half the truth is equal in telling lies.
    1. Lets talk about Portfolio Appearance. In the demo you see thumbnails in square mode, 2x horizontal, 2x vertical and 4x square. That is half a lie since you cannot control wich thumbnail will be the size you want. The theme always forces the 3rd portfolio item and every 3rd to be 2x vertical for example. This way you cannot control the thumbnail appearance to match your project.
    2. Thumbnails are automaticly generated. In the theme the Author crafted each thumbnail for each project and appeared the project the way he wanted. That is a lie because if you design a square thumbnail 1000x1000 for example the theme will auto generate 5 sizes to match themes needs thous making random crops to the thumbnails making them ugly as hell and stretching them to fit 1800x400 pixels areas. So if you got a home page with square thumbnails and you also want to have a 2nd appearence for clients projects for example with horizontail portfolio the thumbnail will be ruined and you will need to customly change them each time through media.
    3.Blog appearance in the Demo you can see many blog appearances but if you install the theme you cannot have more than 1 blog appearance +1 appearance default selected. So if you want to have 2 blog appearances for example the Vertical Split and the Horizontail blog style you simply cant. I wanted these 2 styles to appear one for company news and 1 for article writing.
    We contacted the author about these matters and the reply was always negative.
    Here is the reply when we asked how we selected with portfolio item will be vertical or square: "there is no setting in the theme options that would allow you to change what image has the height increase".

  • Documentation Quality By chelsearank, 2016-08-13 via themeforest.net Would not recommend this to anyone, it causes to many problems with your PHP host setting if they are not up to par of what they need to be in order to use this theme.....it should be stated what your PHP needs to be so that the buyer knows before buying. They obviously know this is a common problem because they have it in their documentation, that is once you buy it and are stuck with it....
