There are many ways from which you can get the support from us.
1) You can login to our forum section from the link http://wedesignthemes.com/support/forums/ and post your topic. If you have already registered and did not receive the password, please send us your registered email id, so that we can send your password.
2) You can just post your issue in the themeforest comments section.
3) You can just mail us to support@wedesignthemes.com
Can you please send us your exact page builder issue with some screenshots along with your FTP and admin details to the above email id so that we can check and reply back immediately.

  • Customizability By relivemed, 2017-06-04 via themeforest.net I bought the fitness zone theme and This is the worst theme i've ever bought! The "page builder" does not give and easy way to edit like most themes, everything is code and grouped together, so its impossible to customize or set margins and padding. If i wanted to work with code i would've purchase an HTML template!! on the back end of a page I see two sets of code and then the page builder offered with the theme, which is beyond confusing!! On the demo they offer all types of cool options for design but what they don't tell you is that none of it can be customized. Lastly, I've tried to enter the forum to contact the theme author and every time i log in with my purchase code i am kicked out!!!! why am i paying additional for support, if i cant even access their support???!!! worst them, and author ever!!

    1) Our page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option” . Instead you can use the sample layouts module, which will build the home pages, about us page, etc as our demo in page builder.   • Bugs By resolution-studio, 2017-02-28 via themeforest.net We have bought this theme to create a website for our client and unfortunately it is full of bugs. Their page builder stopped working after we set up the home page, so we had to edit it in text mode. We have sent them a support ticket I've got the reply to download the new version of theme and build it again. We had tens of hours of work till then which would be lost. We asked them to make the update and they said its not their job to do it.
    Sometimes it does not save what you edit.
    Maps on contact page don't work.
    There are hundreds of external references in the theme, which slows down the load of the page.
    I do not recommend it to use it. We have worked three times more then with other themes so far and we have been used tens of themes so far.
    They said my homepage has broken due to the domain transfer. How is that? We have been working with WP themes for the last 6 years. Each of our projects are developed on a test server/domain then transferred to new domain. Never happened something not working after transfer.
    There is one single good in this theme, that it's pretty.

    Hi Ervin.,
    1) It was on September 18th that you have contacted us. We have built you the home page that you have asked for and updated in a test page in this url http://www.gold-gym.ro/home-test/ It seems that you have removed.
    2) We will not say "its not our job" to update the theme to any of our clients. We will first gives the steps to update the theme and if the clients asks us to update, we are happy to update them. We have not said to anyone that we cannot update the theme.
    3) Maps on the contact page is not working means, you have to update the google maps api key and we have explained it very clearly to you to update the API keys.
    4) What do you mean by external references? We do support many plugins and if needs to be included in the theme, then those plugins needs to be included. Hope all the wordpress themes works like that.
    5) Yes the home page has broken due to domain transfer, the database might have corrupted while transferring and we have fixed that as well for you. Not all the clients of us having the same issue.
    Note: Still we are ready to help you if you have any issues.
