Flexibility By planetclaire, 2017-06-28 via themeforest.net I really enjoyed using this theme and found it relatively easy to work with—lots of interesting options and nice usage of Visual Composer components. It would be helpful in the future if there were more options within the theme. For instance changing the paragraph text color also changed the footer color. And some elements (like the testimonials) had no options available. But it was nothing some quick CSS couldn't fix. Great work!

I just checked your ticket, and agent offered a workaround for adding menu items to the top area. Also, feature request has already been added to feature requests list which is standard procedure, and developer behind this theme will consider integrating this functionality. In the meantime, you can use custom menu widget, and agent can provide you with some css code in order to have nice horizontal menu there. We think it's fair to try to work trough all your issues with our support, before leaving such a bad review. Our support agents will try to assist you for all the doubts you have related to our theme. Please reply to your ticket, and provide a link to your website as requested. We hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got. In case that this theme isn't good fit for your project, you can submit a refund request and we will discuss it there.

Hi,
Please note, TopFit theme has only one demo site.
This means that database is slightly larger when compared to our other themes utilizing multiple demos. What it means is that there is a chance of incomplete demo import process on some shared hosting packages with limited resources.
However, there is a workaround, to use gzip compression and native WP import option combined with our one click import option. This is well known procedure to our support agents and we're performing it or regular basis in behalf of our clients as a part of standard support scope. Please kindly reconsider your rating, so hopefully you do realize that our theme has nothing to do with server issues you have experienced.
