As long as you give clear details about your problem, they will give you a detailed solution on how to solve it. I get the feeling that they really know their themes, and are well versed in web development.
I will use their services in the future as well, saves my precious time a lot! :)

Thank you for using our theme and leaving the feedback. However, it's not quite objective since we have not found any support ticket or comment regarding the issues mentioned. Moreover, Google map issue is not a bug - Google maps has recently changed the standard plan policy requiring the API key. Please check this article for more information, instructions of how to get site's map working:
