Design Quality By DatumExchange, 2017-04-28 via themeforest.net The CSS is all over the place. Sample pages don't have the correct H tags or spacing, the blog aside is glitchy and there are only 2 blog related widgets (both don't connect well to the CSS)
This is the second theme I have bought from Select. I liked "StartIT" better

Customer Support By BAS93, 2017-04-04 via themeforest.net I've had nothing but a positive experience with using this theme. Select have continuously helped me with my site and answered every question I've thrown at them! I am far from an expert in coding and when I've needed to make small aesthetic changes they've helped me to get exactly what i want. Sometimes it takes a day or two to get a reply but i understand i'm not the only customer here and more importantly i always get an answer or solution!
This theme has a lot to it and i am still learning where everything lives in order to change things but again these guys always point me in the right direction.
I've rated Select Themes for that matter with 5 stars for customer support but i would also say the same for; documentation quality, design quality & feature availability. I've had no issue with bugs, code quality or anything else.
Based on my experience with these guys i would definitely buy from theme again and would definitely recommend :)

Customer Support By C-Y-B-E-R, 2017-04-03 via themeforest.net I previously wrote "Thus far, not happy at all with the support provided for the theme. We'll see if it improves and i'll re-rate accordingly. The theme has video related SSL issue that just shouldn't exist."
You replied referencing "We located four of your tickets where you've thanked to our support agents who helped you to achieve desired layout."
What about the times where we clearly weren't happy, and requested a refund?
What about the FACT that we first raised the SSL issue in February, very simply asking what file the code was in that we could modify to force https. To that end support incorrectly replied "Issue with http and https could be solved easily with any plugin that is forcing SSL."
Support provided the name of a plugin, which DID NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE, we lodged another ticket, and still have not been advised where we could simply modify the code in fact that ticket has still not been replied to.
We ended up employing another developer to re-write code elements in the theme to FIX this and a number of other things identified along the way.
You could have very easily advised the name of the file responsible for the issues, and we could have very easily placed the letter 's' after the http or have gone with the // option. For anyone else needing the information the responsible file is third-party.min.js, located via assets/js/
Good customer service would have advised the file name, as was requested on several occasions.
Every time a question isn't responded to correctly it wastes time. If support provides wrong information, people have to wait at least another 24 to 48 hours to get 'another' response, and if that is also not answering the question it just goes on and on.
We asked for the file name, and to this day it still hadn't been provided. We ultimately had to fix this ourselves. That wasted time, and equates to poor customer support.
