Bugs By chjcoughlan, 2017-04-28 via themeforest.net This theme is infuriating. The customisation system is completely non-intuitive. The font usage is complicated and all over the shop. For some reason it is not caching correctly in Chrome and it is the ONLY theme I have ever had that problem with. Visual Composer continues to deactivate itself on certain roles - the theme creator's response to this was that they couldn't recreate the issue even though it keeps happening.
The theme is one of the worst I have worked with and I am incredibly disappointed.

You have submitted the support ticket to our technical support team and our operator has provided you with detailed instructions with screenshots. In additional to this the fonts editing works just perfect within the theme, please don't forget to clear browser cache to see the changes.
As for the Visual Composer, please get back to us in the ticket with additional information regarding time interval we should wait to see plugin deactivation. Thanks in advance!
