I have opened a ticket and have been working with the support team, but they don't always get back to you right away (even during normal business hours).

  • Bugs By doreenselly, 2017-05-09 via themeforest.net If I can get these things taken care of, then I'll definately give this a 5 star rating because the finished product is clean BUT without the functionality to do business, then it gets a 1 star.
    I submitted a ticket since Saturday, today is Tuesday and still no feedback. I cannot do any business on my website. Very frustrating!
    1. The whole SHOP page woocommerce doesn't work on the mobile (We all know everybody is on their phone nowadays so this is a very important issue.)
    - You cannot select any options on the phone
    - When you add any item to the cart, you cannot check out.
    2. The contact form that they have doesn't work. Even if I upload another contact plugin, it still doesn't work.
    3. The events section on the home page isn't aligned properly. If you have 2 events on the page, one is at the top and anotherone down. Doesn't look good
    4. My website is awfully slow. Not sure what plugin is causing the issue.
    Hopefully, I'll post a positive feedback when they finally decide to get back to me!

  • Code Quality By prologue, 2017-05-05 via themeforest.net The theme has lot's of unresolved PHP Notices. Lot's of features from the demo website are actually hardcoded HTML instead of dynamic code. For example the Events page which you have to manual update if you want it to include your events as shown in the the demo.

Initially, it was challenging to get in touch with deTheme because there is a time difference in the support they provide. I am certain they will be posting support hours more prominently in the future. The main thing is the theme works as well as the support with it. :)
