A clean looking theme with a good feature set. The upgrade to Premium is only $25.00.
This is a great theme for my small shop.
I have a support question in so hopefully it gets answered in a timely manner so this review can stay at 5 stars – otherwise the rating may drop if the support is an issue.

I have no idea whether the premium is worthwhile. the slider is not even clickable.

I bought Topshop premium because it has a lot of thing that I need for my online store.

I’m new to website management so I got some problem with my site Main Menu navigation. Kaira team received my email and solve my website issue within a day only. I’m very satisfied with their support and will recommend this theme to my friend.

After working with the TopShop free version, I upgraded to the premium version because I wanted to add social links and a blog feature. When confused with the process of upgrading, I sent an email to support and received help immediately. Zack continued helping me get everything set up. Thank you!

I download a bunch of themes as I figured it was time for a fresh look. I have tinkered with well over 50 themes, but none could compare visually to the one I was using.

I found TopShop, it was a fee or lite version that I downloaded. The authors contact us form says “Please Note: Theme & Plugin support queries will not be answered via this form, unless it is urgent. Thanks!”

As any impatient person would, I contacted them through the submission form, the next morning (probably a huge time zone difference) they got back to me with a temporary work around, and promised to get a fix out to me as soon as they could.

This response alone set my decision to purchase the theme, even if I had to permanently use the work around. That afternoon, I bought the theme (I missed the 50% off until themes are posted to WordPress), but that did not matter. I got a great looking theme with ample features and a nice modern look. Plus, I had great customer service as a free/trial end user, that is something I am sure many find non-existent these days.

If the need arises to update my sites look again, I will definitely look to Kaira first!!

This thema is perfect for a webshop and works great with woocommerce. The lay-out is really well-ordered for the customers to shop, as you want them to be. I couldn’t find any theme that is so well-ordered.

I’m very capable on the computer however very new to wordpress. I stumbled across the theme topshop and decided to give it a go as it seemed to have everything that I required. Along the way I have hit a few snags where I ended up tearing my hair out. Being a bloke I don’t like to ask for assistance but eventually succumb to fact that I just couldn’t get it right. I sent an email to the developers before going to bed and by the time I awoke they had already got back to me with the solution. I have since asked for help again, same response they were there very quickly. I am very happy with the theme as it is everything that I thought it would be but even happier with the support, which was a very nice surprise.
