May Use For A Client Site

I have looked carefully at many themes for a client site (women’s golf group in New Jersey).
I found a CSS problem with the default menu drop down link color for the free version of Amadeus. I pointed this out and it was fixed very quickly which is what I like to see from a developer who cares about his product.
This will be one of 3 themes I will suggest to the client and I may recommend they go with it.

Pretty solid theme but don't expect support form devs

After installing about a dozen plugins to resolve particular issues, I’m getting to a good place with this theme. I still have a problem with my header image being fuzzy on larger screens, and am hopeful I can resolve most of that in Photoshop.
There is no support from the developers–they don’t answer the forum either on this page or their site, so read through the member answers here, and if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, start looking on other sites’ forums to see if similar issues were resolved. This particular lack is why I’m giving it a 4/5.
Otherwise it’s pretty solid and hasn’t crashed on me once (knock on wood) or caused any issues. I’m using it to build an author site for myself which does not primarily feature a blog, although I will have one, so it works as both a blog or a regular website. There are fixes available in the forums for the scrolling picture (paralaxing effect), should you want to change that to a static image.

I went as far as I could with the Theme Options for Amadeus, and then, into the coding changes.
I was able to get transparent backgrounds, and other changes, and all because of the fantastic support of Bojan, the Author! He responded quickly and on target.
This is what we Developers need – support for the changes we inevitably have to do.
