I installed the theme without Pro version and I liked it, but the Pro version is great and it has a lot of new features.
I had a little problem with my CSS and Rohit helped me quickly and he fixed the problem.

Great looking theme and the customer support is also great. User friendly theme.

I hope the customer support is as good post-purchase as it is pre-purchase!

Beware that the drop down menu does not work with either IPad or Android tablets. Basically, the theme is useless.

I requested for a help. A response (not solution) came many days after the first request asking me for more information. I supplied additional information. Then nothing. It’s been 15 days after the additional information was sent. At the 10th day, a reminder was sent. Still nothing.

I paid for the ProtoPress Pro. You expect a certain response from a theme author when you pay for a theme.

Another reviewer who gave 2 stars had argument with the author for a slow response time. The author argued back not to leave a bad review until waiting for 24 hours. It’s been 15 days!

Anyhow, the theme is not usable because of the menu problem. What good is a theme if the menu does not work?

I like the flexibility of the featured content areas. Rohit was also responsive on Facebook chat for live tech support, which is great. He gave me some CSS to help customize things to my liking, which I couldn’t have done on my own.

Great theme with nice layout options. Perfect for my travel blog.

Great looking theme, with nice and extensive layout options. Some small extra customizing options could have been included in free version (like adding a favicon for instance), but I’m managing my way around most of them with the built in Custom CSS function and plugins.

Also love how responsive it is. Only minor things noticed; static background image scrolls and sub menu cannot be accessed on mobile devices

But overall this free theme is pretty perfect; very much appreciated!

The theme is, design-wise, nice and up to date, but it contains pitfalls as images do not always align as they should and leaving you with a big question mark as how to fix it (doesnt help to resize images).

The big problem then is totally unresponsive support. I´ve waited for half a day now, without as much as a beep from the support team. My website doesn´t look good and theres nothing I can do about it.

Terribly disappoint as long as you pay for it (I have the Pro version).
