I was very satisfied with this theme. Wanted to give you already 5*.
But today I updated theme to version 1.2.3. and got all important data from the home page lost!!!

My all sliders disapeared and “futured areas” 1-3 below sliders are empty now, no logo, no favicon, no background etc…

Have to invest a lot of time to rebuild them again. Perhaps I should just change the theme, coz now i have to invest a lot of time anyway.

Or if somebody from support can tell me how to recover all data or help me to downgrade the theme to the old version, that at least i can try to recover old data. Later on I could do simply copy/paste into newest theme version, which would save me a lot of work.

Any help from your side guys?

I reported an error with the theme that is causing me to not be able to customize it at all, whether through the customizer or with exported settings from a working copy of the theme, but have not been responded to at all.

The theme looks great if you can edit it, but otherwise it’s useless when you can’t. I used this theme for my site for a long time, but if it’s not working, I can’t, and this brings down my site and frustrates me to no end.

I installed the free version of this theme to test but quickly ran into a few things I did not like, such as too small a font on the blog. Assuming this might be changeable in the pro version, and willing to buy it if it did, I checked the developer’s website. Documentation on this theme is scant and there is only a short video on the theme’s highlights, so I could not find answers to my questions. Think Up Themes state that they do not offer refunds, so I emailed them before buying. Two days later I got an automated response saying they would get back to me “as soon as possible.”

I continued experimenting while awaiting their response, and soon encountered what seemed like a huge design flaw: this theme is supposed to be responsive but when I downsized my browser to test, the following errors occurred:

* the custom header logo does not downsize to fit the browser window
* in the Homepage Slider, the title continues to appear but is not downsized to scale and so the description no longer appears
* on the blog page, the sidebars disappear instead of moving to bottom of screen as I have seen on other responsive sites, which renders the sidebars inaccessible on mobile devices

I put that up on the WP forum with the hope that someone would respond with an explanation or fix, but nothing in four days.

Worse, I STILL have not heard from the developers regarding my initial pre-sales questions (it’s been about a week now).

Why do WP theme developers not understand that if you want to grow a proper business, customer service is paramount. If you cannot even answer simple pre-sales questions (like, Can I change the font size in the blog in the pro version?) then what faith can I have that you will answer questions if I upgrade and run into problems?

I’ve been using themes for awhile, usually coding in customizations with a child theme, but am duly impressed with the tweaks that can be done in admin with this one.

I’m using the built-in slider: it’s simple, doesn’t require more dickering on my end, and works on all screens. Great mobile responsiveness, as well.

I’d like more customization with adding to the header.php but will figure that out in the forum.

This theme is really nice and simple, easy to use and the support is really quick to get back to you to help !

I like that it’s customizable and it’s clean, even for the free version. It’s even mobile friendly which is a huge plus.

This is a nice starting point for development. It comes with a built in slider, or you can use your own. The code is clean and easy to customize to your needs. You can change some classes to switch the theme to a fluid layout if you want. The support is also good. I found a bug in this theme and the developer was quick to issue a fix. Great work!
