Documentation Quality By zeusdb, 2017-07-07 via themeforest.net This template has had issues from the very installation. During installation received the error "Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again". Had to SFTP the files in instead. Errors werer occurring as it was missing one of the plugins. So looking at the documentation for a complete list of plugins and couldn't find it. Also, the page builder is really poor compared to others we have used. Overall, disappointing so far.

Unfortunately, there are a few bugs in the PHP that have yet to be resolved since we purchased it last year, even though we have sent in frequent requests during our 6 months of support and after. The developer does not respond to emails or service requests in a timely manner. And when he does respond, he typically does not offer very much assistance. For example, for about 2 weeks I went back and forth with him trying to get help while he claimed our template was not activated, even though it had been for several weeks. He mistakenly assumed we had a different template, even though the template name was clearly given in the subject line of the email. This delayed assistance for several weeks, created frustration and also causes problems with communication and trust. Because he did not usually offer very helpful information about his product (frequently our issues have not been resolved), read detailed information and was not able to resolve some basic questions, we did not feel comfortable or safe allowing the developer to have Admin access to our site. We will continue to use the template because we have put a lot of work into our website and because we do love the look of it and the features. Unfortunately we cannot rate this developer or the theme any higher because of the PHP bugs affecting major areas of the website and features such as: features not allowing external linking, photo embedding or video embedding. Also, website features (anything not just a body post) pick up any apostrophe and change it to forward slash. Additionally, the video links in the medicast do not actually cast any videos. We have used vimeo and youtube and all we get is a white blank pop-up on the published end. If AJ were to respond to our frequent requests for help and fix the issues in the PHP we would be very happy and would change the rating of this theme.

  • Customer Support By alexpruss, 2017-01-24 via themeforest.net Installed theme, had some problems with Google maps plugin that didnt work on the site. Ask for help, the guy from support contacted me and asked for access to my site's admin panel, I wasnt comfortable to give him access but I did. He said he will fix the problem, but instead he crashed my site and now site doesnt work at all. When I complained the guy said, ye I can fix it just give me the full access to your server. The server where I have dozen other sites with confidential info. Are you kidding? Very poor customer service. Not recommended...

    1. This is good looking template, but does not work as stated. The documentation and the theme are different.
    2. I have asked for support over and over again and missed my clients deadline.
    3. I asked for 3 things which I am pasting from the emails I sent:
    3a. Envato WordPress Toolkit keeps telling me the API code is invalid. I went to settings>API>Generate another API Key. What am I doing wrong?
    3b. The plugin Activation for Slider Revolution is also invalid. I've attached the code I used.
    3c. The "Select mega menu part" in the "Appearance>menus>menu structure is not showing up.
    I'm requesting a refund due to a lack of support and support documentation not being updated.

    The mega menu was not working
    Slider revolution would not activate and could not be updated.
    The mega Menu is not configuring like it's supposed to. I go to appearance>menus and there is supposed to be a drop down that allows the selection of the mega menu. It's not there.
    I'm tired of begging for support and I'm asking for a refund.
  • Customer Support By facts101, 2016-12-18 via themeforest.net I purchased the theme and the installation, but the Megamenu does not work as shown on the site or as described in the tutorial videos. Also, the Paypay function for the "Giving Online" does not work. I have submitted support tickets, but there is no answer or response from support. If that is not bad enough, the email address given for the Online customer care contact: care@cro.ma is a bad address and does not work. This is a beautiful theme, but the issues need resolved and there is zero response from support. If the issues can be resolved I am willing to revisit my review. Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone waste money on a theme that has these issues and no support.
