Evnt is the perfect WordPress theme for any kind of event, conference, summit or festival. This easy customizable theme lets you quickly start a great event website. Evnt offers the complete package for managing talks, speakers, venues, tickets, sponsors and everything else necessary to run a seccessful event.

10 time schedules

All time schedules include a filter box that appears when you click the little plus icon. You can filter talks by category, speaker name, venue, event day or day time. Every talk includes title linked to talk details page, speaker name linked to his profile page, company name or title, talk start and end time and venue name.

4 speakers lists

All speaker lists include speaker name linked to his profiles page, company or title and a photo. We have four speakers list layouts:

  • A button to speaker details page.

Speaker profile page

It includes a speaker?s name, company or title, photo and extended description text. Below the description is a list of talks performing by the speaker.

5 Price Tables

Price tables are for selling event tickets. Each price table includes package title, subtitle, price, list of options or a short description and a button to purchase a ticket. Price can be displayed in any currency and any units like per day, per person etc. We created five different price table layouts.

4 Sponsors Lists

It?s a grid with sponsor logos. We created four different looks with different mouseover effects.

Contact Forms

We used Contact Form 7 WordPress plugins to create contact forms. Contact Form 7 can manage multiple contact forms, plus you can customize the form and the mail contents flexibly with simple markup. The form supports Ajax-powered submitting, CAPTCHA, Akismet spam filtering and so on.

Multiple Location Map

Add as many locations as you want on one map. Each location pin is clickable and displays location information. This map gives your users the option to enter fullscreen mode and it supports more than 50 languages. Pretty much every language that is supported by the Google Maps API.

Events Schedule ? WordPress Plugin worth $24

You can add as many classes as you want to your schedule and use the powerful options to save time. A schedule should display only the important info, but you might have a lot of other useful details for your visitors. That?s why, each class accepts individual text and images, that can be displayed in a separated page. Visitors will be able to see right away what they are looking for, if you assign categories to your talks. Assigning Types, Locations and Speakers makes it easy to filter classes and displays important info in the schedule.

This is hands down, the very best them I have ever used for Wordpress. They thought of EVERYTHING. I love that the speaker profiles are customizable, and are then linked to the classes they are teaching, the blogs they wrote and everything can be tagged and automatically populated should you want to change it up. I made this site for an event that happens nationwide, a few times a year. I can add speakers and tag them for different cities, rebuild a conference schedule as easily as creating a blog post, and the entire thing looks amazing. This is SEO perfection, mobile friendly, and just an all around great theme. If anyone wants to see what I was able to do with it, here’s my site: www.opentableconference.com. I can not recommend this highly enough.
