    The theme is very good and easy to customise and the support is extremely fast and efficient.

    The gallery had an issue with WordPress 4.4.2 due to the responsive images feature. The site seemed to work on IE because the browser is so old that it doesn’t detect srcset tag.
    We don’t have a refund policy, but we’ve never had an issue with a client asking back for their money and we’ve refused.
    I prefer replying to emails because it’s quick and personal, also usually takes about 2 hours during work hours and slightly longer on weekends.

    The gallery in this theme’s PRO version ($25) only works in Internet Explorer.

    After several emails back and forth with the developer, there is no fix. And since he does not post any replies or answers in the support forum (he only seems to communicate through emails) I am glad I am not alone with this issue. Other users also reported the same issue.

    The demo site works in all browsers so why doesn’t mine? I even installed it on two different servers and have the same issue.

    Sadly, my client was very upset and they have chosen a different theme that works as advertised so I am not pursuing this issue any further.

    I would post a word of caution to anyone thinking about purchasing this pro version.

    The claim of 24/7 support is not accurate and unfortunately the troubleshooting was so strung out I missed the 14 day money back guarantee.
