First of all, you have never contacted our support team, we received no support tickets from you. Though our tech support team is ready to assist you with any difficulties.
Google page speed test does not evaluate the code quality, but shows the steps to improve the website speed. As you can see on the page you provided, your server response time is too slow, you should leverage the browser cache (this can be achieved installing a plugin) and optimize images. As you can see, all the points of the google speed results refer to the server optimization, not the theme.
