Very bad customer support. Very long to get an aswer, which is, most of time, completely out of purpose.
I do not recommand this theme.

We located your tickets on our support forum and as we could see our agent just answered on all your questions.
As we could see you've asked about modification of some function that is part of WordPress native files.
So, our agent provided path to that file.
We do owe you an apology for waiting a bit longer but we are back in full speed again and this should not be repeated.
We really hope once all this is sorted out, you'll change this bad impression you've got and kindly reconsider this bad rating.
