I would give this theme 4.5 stars if I had the option.
Firstly the positives.
I think Listable looks fairly nice, it is pretty easy to install, the demo content is helpful, and it does a good job of supporting any generic directory you wish to create. I had the main elements of my site up and running within a couple of hours, which was great.
Quite a bit of useful material is on their support pages (responses to questions from other purchasers), which helped me resolve some issues. This is a clear benefit of themes being used by a large number of people.
A big positive is the really excellent documentation accompanying the code, making it easy to work out which sections of code in each file perform particular functions - a boon if you want to customise.
I also got a prompt response to my question to the Helpdesk, which is appreciated.
Now to some mild criticisms.
Although the Helpdesk was prompt, I felt a little bit patronised, which wasn't wonderful. Not all users will be WP experts, and I tried a lot of things before turning to the Helpdesk.
I also feel there are a few gaps in Listable's functionality - e.g. It's hard to create custom fields for a listing, such as an email address field. I noticed this because I previously used another theme built on WP-job-manager where it was much easier to do this.
I also found the banner a real challenge to edit - my logo was reduced to the size of a fly, and enlarging it defeated me, as the height of the banner seems to be fixed. My previous theme allowed me to set the height of this section.
Finally, I think text display could be a bit nicer -
There are ugly word-breaks everywhere (e.g. words hyphenated in category boxes/buttons instead of pushing to the next line) and my attempts to fix the code sadly failed.
There is a LOT of white space around the text boxes, and reducing that is a CSS challenge.
Overall I recommend Listable, but hope they'll continue adding functionality!

It's a worst theme i ever purchase..
1. not mobile friendly
2. Images are not visible completely
3. not get proper customer support
4. It's a classified theme so any one can upload his pic according to his convenience not mine.
5. Please don't try to make people fool.
6. If i updated my theme than came in its original state and every time developer charge for the same changes, so try to make a theme like which does't remove editing after updation

We're not here to make a fool out of anyone, but to deliver a great experience to you and anyone who considers PixelGrade.
If you need to do changes that go over the current theme options, the best way to do them is through a child theme. This way, you get the ability to modify and add functionality to the theme without changing any of its code. This is very important since you don't loose the possibility to update the theme without losing your changes, but please note that these sort of changes fall under the developer's responsibility.
