Since I gave a 1* rating for customer support which you can see if you scroll down a few reviews, I have been contacted by their support team who are now working very actively to address the issues and bugs I encountered. I am hoping to give a 5* once the issues I outlined are addressed.
* No acknowledgement sent to Listing Claimant
*Make Listing Category Primary not working
*Issue with licence code recognition of Astoundify premium plug-ins preventing correct functioning of paid listings and payments for listing claim.
I really hope we can resolve the bugs and make all of this work as the theme produces absolutely stunning looking websites even in the hands of hobby website builders.

I have tried to "activate the support" for this template and it is impossible to do it, the support on the product is null and its multisite operation is false, the system collapses when activating the multisio, the widget disappear or stop working and support with woocommerce Is questioned. The manufacturer's response to my emails is nil.

I'm sorry to hear about that. To be honest, I don't understand exactly the problems you're mentioning there, like "support being null" or "the system collapses" when activating multisite. I'd like to find out more about these problems you're facing and see how can I be helpful. We do our best to respond as shortly as possible to every custom and our demo site is running on a multisite installation, so there shouldn't be problems with that. However, if there's something specific I help you with, just let me know.

I really love the simplicity and beauty of this theme. I am the editor of IrishWhiskey.Com and made a test purchase of Listable to evaluate it as a platform for 5 major new Irish Whiskey Tourism sites in Ireland. I also purchased the add on plug ins
• WP Job Manager – WooCommerce Paid Listings (optional)
• WP Job Manager – Claim Listing (optional)
• WP Job Manager - Products
recommended by Listable which allow charging of payment for new listings and claiming of existing listings. These essential add-ons for a commercial web site are provided by another company Astoundify on the recommendation of Listable. Unfortunately, none of these work properly. I have tried engaging with Listable customer support but get generic replies. They tried blaming Astoundify. Astoundify on the other hand have been very helpful and engaged through their support team. As an experienced website builder, I am satisfied that the fault lies with Listable. This is why I have awarded them just one star. I really, really want to have a working Listable solution so that I can buy many more licences but this major issue is so, so frustrating.
While I’m at it another very annoying bug is that the “Make Primary category” feature never works. It just defaults to alphabetical order. This is a very important feature but there seems to be a conflict between Listable and Yoast?
I really do want to purchase additional Listable licences. This review is a desperate cry for help to the Listable “Support” team to engage properly with me to resolve these issues rather than just send me generic one line responses abrogating responsibility. I had to drop my rating from 3/5 to 2/5 since the "Listable on mobiles with Chrome" hasn't been solved. This has been an ongoing issue for the past three months, which hasn't been addressed. Come on guys, Chrome is one of the most used browsers on mobiles, and 55% of users are nowadays using a mobile device to browse a website.

Again, great theme, our business is really taking off because of Listable.
But you didn't address the 2nd point in my last review: there is no way for verified listing owners to respond to reviews.
You're selling a premium theme where the core purpose is to list brands and facilitate customer reviews. Not allowing brands openly respond to their customers in a public forum is quite frankly scary, and our business users are desperate.
What if Pixelgrade couldn't reply to these reviews on Envato?
Again, when will this feature be addressed?

Many thanks for your kind thoughts, but what you mentioned is outside Listable's functionality. The sorting methods you're seeking are part of the core WP Job Manager as you can see here
Aside from this, you can always have a more Advanced Filtering system with the help of FacetWP.
Regarding the ability to reply to a review, at the moment this is not possible as it is a feature we may cover on the Comments ratings plugin in a future update. At the moment there is no ETA for it but it is on our table of discussions.

A listing theme without the a simple solution for adding social media addresses like Facebook, Instagram and Mail in listings makes this theme a bad choice. You should not have to buy expensive extra plug-ins and add lots of code to have these simple options.
