  • Design Quality By nikkoboy, 2017-03-18 via themeforest.net Listable is an overall good theme. It misses nonetheless some crucial elements like the possibility to display all pins on the map even though all listings are not loaded (and yes it's possible to do, as some have managed to hire a dev to do it for less than $200), a calendar feature (I'm using theeventcalendar which is not ideal but does the work) and a more visible/interactive map icon on mobile (users on mobile don't use the map because they don't see the icon). Also support (btw, I find it a bit exaggerated to only grant 6 MONTH of support with the purchase of a $80 theme, just saying...) is not super reactive, but they're trying hard it seems. I'll give 5 stars when all those issues will have been addressed. Promising theme though. Beware of Listify guys!

    I don't fully resonate with your thoughts since we're transparent with what Listable can and can't do plus the 3rd party plugins you need to acquire to achieve outstanding results.

  • Customer Support By Diegooo, 2017-03-15 via themeforest.net I have to agree with ubrandon. That being said, there are many customers who are more than willing to pay a higher price for greater quality.
    I too plan to increase my rating when this has been figured it out. And again, I wouldn´t mind paying more for better high-quality content (e.g. Pile theme).

  • Customer Support By ubrandon, 2017-03-15 via themeforest.net I really do love this theme, the coding and design is great - but I have to give it two stars for now because on the internal support forum there are so many huge issues that haven't even been responded to for over a year.
    For example many people have issues with the map not working on mobile, and they won't provide very simple things like a blog template with a sidebar option. When they do help, it isn't extremely friendly - they will respond with things like "my bad". Makes me reconsider the quality of the theme.
    Once this customer support issue is figured out, and major issues resolves, I will absolutely increase my rating because the themes design and coding is nice.

    We're striving to offer a fast and reliable support (as you can see from the number of 5-stars ratings based on Customer Support). I agree that there might be times when we may not be on the same line as we're often asked to offer support for functionalities that are not provided by the theme itself. Many times we're going the extra mile and provide guidance to those situations, but we're not able to tackle them all.
    Anyway, thanks again for any issues reported and as far as we can do something about them, I promise that we will try to figure it out a solution.
