I am using AccessPress theme for my website (https://www.ethnicityindo.com). This theme provides everything I need, from design to functions. I am using the free version now, but I am still very satisfied with the theme, especially the support team. Every time I got a problem with the theme, they react quickly within 1 day, unless if I submit the question on weekend. They have always been a great help and I can’t recommend someone better to help you.
Of course, I will use the PRO version in the future (either I purchase it or someone from AccessPress kindly wants to give me

I contact them at chat window , They told me “Could you please post your issue on our support mail ” I did, and waited for 4 days still no one contact me. I went back to their website to check if they answered but they deleted my request for help. I went back to the chat window no one answer me. Bad theme storevilla. Bad company Avoid at all cost.

The theme itself is amazing with the only drawback being that it takes some time to learn and figure out. It’s clean, sleek, and very visual. I like how much freedom you have with being able to customize your site to fit your needs/requirements.
The staff at Accesspress are fantastic. They are always willing to help out with whatever questions you may have. There has never been a moment where I am stuck and unable to figure out a solution to my issue. They respond to emails in a very timely fashion and provide easy to implement solutions.
Overall, I am very pleased with this theme and would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want just another site!

zero support – child not mobile friendly

Hi
I like simplicity of this theme. Unfortunately I could find any solution to few problems:
1. How to properly load child css. Reference to generic wordpress codex is useless.
This theme is based on multiple css. If child theme is created and child style css is loaded, responsive css which is in separate folder /css/ is not being loaded correctly.
Also small support images are not loading properly on child theme.
2. That of course leads to endless problems on mobile – makes it not mobile friendly anymore.
3. Theme also uses hooks from woocommerce – which means that generic hooks that could be applied in child functions.php for woocommerce dont work. But there is no solution how to overcome this using this theme.
