  • Flexibility By jamesrobertcook, 2017-07-08 via themeforest.net I have a lot of experience customizing various themes and thought I would consider this for some client projects - however I am finding that the 'Import Demo' function consistently fails to produce a workable demo without investing time to guess which options were used for certain functions.
    I have experienced this with these demos in particular:

    Two of the three trials were installed on Google Cloud utilizing cutting edge technology - the third was on GoDaddy shared hosting, using bargain basement technology. In each instance, the demo imported - but was missing options, styles, slider configurations and related slider options as well as menu assignments and header styling. The default 'Bridge' logo is always assigned, and is a hassle to style properly with the overwhelming 'Header' options that do not seem to perform as one would expect them to with the related 'Logo' options.
    This was all done with fresh installations of Wordpress 4.8 - and while I was eventually able to get the demo's to workable status, I really dream of a world where 'Import Demo Content' actually means 'Quick and easy import' and not 'Click this and configure things for an hour or two'.
    Sure - this is wonderfully usable, and with enough time you can get some great results. I am just providing my insight, as a design agency looking to expand my toolkit - this was not as quick and seamless of a process as other themes I have used.
    My only other comment is that the animations failed to load properly on shared hosting - in that upon refreshing the page, any element having animations set to it would fail to load properly so I ended up not using them because of that.
    I can't recommend this to other design agencies - if you're just a person looking to design a nice looking site with relative ease, this could be a great choice for you.

  • Flexibility By MikeBav, 2017-07-07 via themeforest.net Theme is slow on shared hosting, can only get it down to 6 seconds with W3 Total Cache installed. Beautiful design. Easy to use. Support is excellent. Contact Form Template does not use Contact Form 7 as stated in the marketing, so you cannot customise the contact form messages, unless you use CF7 on its own, and then it's not styled nicely like the Template. Also a bit buggy when choosing animation between pages, was getting just blank pages going nowhere. Could not get Qode Carousel to work with latest posts, you are stuck with their layout options using Latest Posts 2. A lot of layouts that look like they are achievable from the demos are not when you want to change anything.

    And thanks for the review. We need to point out that contact form template is predefined one and it can be styled from Qode options > Contact page, and if you wish to use CF7 plugins, it is also supported, and some of our demos are using forms created with this plugin.     All commercial themes with a lot of options will be slower on shared hosting, and that is normal, but even then you can optimize website for speed and there are some useful topics regarding page speed and you can find them by searching our support forum at https://qode.ticksy.com

  • Bugs By Biupil, 2017-07-06 via themeforest.net too many issues with other plugins, i get error 500 without knowing which plugin is the issue, most plugins are the most commonly used worldwide, i hope that it will get better in the future cause its a nice theme and mostly easy to work with.

    Hi there,
    Error is usually server related, but it can also suppress error from some plugin. Since our theme is working with all bundled plugins it is most likely that this is caused by some 3rd party plugins and you can simply deactivate plugins one by one and to test every time in order to be able to identify the culprit. Also, we couldn't find history of your tickets on our support forum, however you rate our software very low without contacting support department. We think it's fair to try to contact them first, regarding all theme related questions, before leaving bad review and blaming our side without investigating this further.
