I actually thought I went back to the original release of WordPress in this terrible theme – no way would the lite version encourage me to buy the full version, this is actually shocking, 1 single slider, no documentation to suit ‘lite’ setup .. This is GPL people, terrible terrible terrible….

The support team took around 6 days to answer me back after several messages and they didn´t fix my problem. Don’t spend your money on them.

While working on improvements for a website, I update the Spasalon theme from 1.5.1.1 to 1.6.2 to latest version. After update home page images are not displayed. I am not proficient in wordpress, So I googled for some time, and then I mailed my issue to themes@webriti.com. I got very quick response where they asked me to try additional options. Abhishek from support team understood the problem and he is able to respond to my problem with in an hour with clear step by step screenshots. Here the catch is I am not their premium customer and I am using their lite version of Spasalon theme. I thought i will receive an answer with in a day, but they are very quick.
I really appreciate their commitment towards their customers success.
With respect to Spasalon lite theme, It has all the features of premium theme itself:
You can customize footer
You can add featured images. etc

Excellent support, solving all my problems quickly. The theme is great and with the new version, solves lots of issues, like getting posts to show on home page etc. If you have this theme already installed (last 6mths) and update, It will appear to ‘break’ your site. However, take the time to record your website before updating and you will be up and running in no time. The update is well worth the effort. Thanks a lot for a great (Free) theme !!
