Online chat-based support of this provider is excellent and always beats my expectations.

AccessMag Lite — unlike other “lite” versions — is quite useful on its own. It’s a beautifully done theme, and while some things like removing their credit line in the footer, is not possible in the LITE version, it’s one of the few themes we’ve used that is quite good out of the box! Customization options are limited in the lite version compared to other themes’ unpaid version, but what is there works well.

I’d say the only flaw is that the “slider” they have behaves strangely, like cropping some featured images but not others, and it sort of skews my usage of featured images on posts. I’ve had to turn it down to 1 slider so that I can fix the images to four posts only, and leave the rest off the slider.

Furthermore, I rather liked that I could access their support forum on their website just by registering, even without a purchase license #–a service usually not available for unpaid members. I was able to troubleshoot a couple things and fixed them. They also seemed quite diligent about solving customer and theme issues.

Clean and good looking theme for any magazine website.

I am still learning WordPress and how to use the Theme but I love the look of this theme and as a first time user it is relatively easy to get started. I did encounter challenges (due to my lack of knowledge), and I expect that I will continue to as I grow on WordPress, but the support team has been very patient with me and excellent in assisting me. My site is yoursignaturelife.org if you would like to see what I have accomplished so far. Definitely deserves 5 stars and with the support services would give 6 stars but there are only five so…
