Accesspress Mag

I’m using the Accesspress mag pro version, and I’m very happy with it. It has nice features! Also the customer service is great! I’ve spammed them with a loooot of questions, and every time they responsed really quickly.

Highly recommended! I used this company’s free WP theme. Their customer service is very good even if you use their free theme! I am willing to recommend more people to use their theme, so that they can work out more great themes!

This is a very slick and great looking theme. It does take a bit of getting used to and while the video tutorials are very descriptive and at times basic, there are some things missed in the pre-cursor to setting things up how you’d like them.

Once you get the hang of it though, it works a treat.

I’m curently using AccessPress MAG, AccessPress Staple, AccessPress Lite, AP Lite, One Paze (All Free Version) for my Main Websites & Multi-site. Will definitely Purchase AccessPress Pro to get full features on my Multi-site.

I tried AccessPress Mag which had issues I then brought AccessPress Mag Pro, hoping problems would be fixed, however, many of the features did not work, one advertised feature was not even present, AccessPress support advised a plugin from another company to fix issue.

The theme was not fully responsive, documentation was a mess, support unhelpful.

Despite saying they had a 14 day guarantee, they refused me a refund and also refused to give me their real contact details.

AccessPress payment provider has now said I will get a refund, because of the missing features in the theme, which AccessPress have accepted.

Very disappointed! Looked like a nice theme and I have no knowledge of how it actually works. However, I will not do business with them again due to ongoing issues: conflicting information given, not receiving theme after paying when told by LIVE CHAT that it would arrive (2 different times), and so much trouble getting a refund now. Agreed to refund in an email, sent a picture of an invoice showing they are refunding but did not refund my account yet. In the second email told I had been refunded (still not in my acct.), and to send proof of destroying a product that they previously acknowledged that I never received. Put in a dispute to Paypal which is the current status as I have NOT been refunded yet. It seems I will have to escalate and report this all to Paypal to get help in getting the refund. Should not be such a problem getting a refund when they did not send the product. CONCERNED!

I love this theme and they have given great support too. keep up the good work.

I just launched my new travel site with this theme and have gotten a lot of compliments. I think it looks great! I had a few hiccups as I set up the first few posts but the support was fairly quick and I had everything solved within a few days. I highly recommend this theme and look forward to building to site enough to buy the Pro version!

This theme works very well and is very useful!

The trick to remember is that it’s Post driven. Once you understand that you can use the full power of the theme and make it look like the Demo that made you download it.

It has its bugs, but they are quick to help you out which, in my opinion, is more important.
