I learn how to build my own site by the video tutorial. Till now, it goes very well even if it’s my first experience! The theme it’s very smart, because of the flexibility in pass trough “post” and “pages” with photo galleries. I’ll upgrade to Portfolio+

I really like this theme and have used it for several years.

This theme is great. I junt don’t give 5 stars, because I had to editr css to change header and navigation link colors.

I recently had a strange problem with the child theme I had created for the Portfolio+ theme. It was a 404 error that was impacting the display of the portfolio images on my home & blog pages. After an hour of two of frustration trying to track the issue down, I asked for help from the Author – Devin Price. He was very quick to respond and help my track down the issue, which was a corrupted file I had in my child theme. I highly recommend the Portfolio+ or Portfolio Press theme and of course, Devin.

I have been using the portfolio press theme for over 2 years and I’m still an extremely happy user. This theme is great for all artists and provides a simple way to display artwork to the world!

A great portfolio theme, just what I was after. Not sure I need to, but might upgrade to pro anyway to see what it does!

I’ve downloaded tons of themes to try to suit my needs but a lot of them didn’t have what I want. I also cannot afford or want to pay for a theme that I won’t be sure if I want to continue using for long amounts of time. I somehow found this theme while browsing and it is by far, the best theme I’ve ever encountered. It’s perfect for those who want a portfolio AND blog. It functions very neatly and the widgets/customization support isn’t extreme but still sufficient.

In just a few minutes, I was able to get my website up and running and then I was able to easily tweak the CSS and a few other things I wanted to change. The video provided by their website is also extremely helpful, thorough and easy to understand. The theme also responds fairly nicely. I highly recommend this for people who want a portfolio AND blog, and be able to showcase their photos/images, and want it for free. It’s great for beginners and for people who can read and understand PHP but not entirely knowledgeable about code and structure. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Straightforward theme that looks clean and is simple to set up.

I really like this theme and it is a great way to showcase photography etc.
I wish it would recognise the ‘-‘ instead of interpreting it as a ‘_’ in post titles, that’s a little glitch. Perhaps it could be fixed?

I tried many themes before I found this one and it is the best so far for displaying images and image galleries along with a blog. All the features that are important are included. And the creator supports his theme better than any other I tried, by a large margin.
