  • Customer Support By waltlindveld, 2017-01-23 via themeforest.net Not only is this theme phenomenal but Artbees customer support is honestly top notch. I run this theme for my company's website - and I have ZERO backend knowledge - these guys are there always, with fast responses and willing to resolve any issue I may encounter.
    The theme itself is so robust - and completely customizable - that anything you can imagine design wise, can be done on it with it's Visual Composer tool. It is the ideal theme that gives you a solid backbone to design whatever you envision on the front end. It does not hinder you with design parameters and limitations that are common with typical theme presets. I chose "Customer Support" as the reason for the rating, just because there is no option to choose "all of the above": Code Quality, Feature Availability, Flexibility, Design Quality, and Documentation!!! all of it.

    Installing Artbees templates does not work. At all. Tried with two different hosting companies that have vanilla Wordpress installs. Support tried to help but eventually gave up and stopped responding to my inquiries.
    I tried to manage without using their templates, but alas the documentation is completely missing for certain features and once again (even though I bought this template) support didn't even reply.
    I have no idea if their Jupiter theme is better, but my experience with the Ken theme has been terrible.

The design quality went from modern and beautiful (2.0) to an average design (3.0), but this is a matter of taste. We got no real updates anymore and it seems the artbees team is only working on their other products/themes. Disappointed and can't recommend Ken anymore...

  • Other By ahainen, 2016-11-19 via themeforest.net Support team tried to help me with problems I was having installing themes, but because of my server, I was unable to install any themes whatsoever. They said this was an extremely rare case, so okay.
    Regardless, nothing in this theme is intuitive to do. The homepage demo has a Content Scroller. Go to add a content scroller, can't figure it out, so I go to the documentation. Nothing about content scrollers in there. Literally the first thing on their demo page doesnt have documentation on how to use.
    I'm continually trying to use this theme as it's powerful, it's just beyond frustrating trying to get anything to work.
