  • Customizability By ahainen, 2016-11-01 via themeforest.net Beyond unintuitive. Follow the FAQ - doesn't come out as expected. Try and mimic one of the demos - doesn't work. Everything you want to do with this theme is done in the most bizarre fashion

    I'm sorry you have not liked your experience with The Ken. Have you tried importing demo and had problems? If the support you have received and also the knowledge base material have not been helpful please email us. We will help you with this.
  • Bugs By MCDVL, 2016-10-24 via themeforest.net This theme went from great, to bad, to just awful. The support has declined considerably also. The last couple updates simply crash my entire site and I cannot get help for this. Complete waste of time and money.

  • Customer Support By eliypark, 2016-09-24 via themeforest.net Their documentation is B+ but their support is attentive and pretty quick. If they don't get back to you, at least they send you an automated message explaining why.
    I have reported few bugs in the beginning, next update cleared it out. And even before that, they provided a snippet of code to use to remedy it.
    They also have great communication skills in dealing with customers.
    The design layout is great and I'm very happy about it. There seem to be almost no faulty bugs as of now after the update.
    If you are new to Wordpress and only able to do small edits on coding, this theme may be able to help you started quicker due to their support's response time and great design aesthetic.
