I submitted more than 10 tickets totally, the average response time is 2 days. And what’s worse, you will likely get the copy and paste standard answer. I doubt they don’t even check your site.
    So I checked the 1 star comment again regarding support complaint and found me not alone. They always reply that they are short of hands. ARE YOU KIDDING? Do you think the users should take the consequence of your lacking of people??? Your company is selling more than 10 themes, but you said sorry we don’t have enough people, very fine.
    The bridge theme is the top seller in all of your product, the quality is just like this, I can imagine how terrible your other themes will be.
    I hope everyone who is thinking of buying this theme can read my comment. Before they make any update really care for the users, DON’T BUY IT!!!!!!!

    Hello,
    On your ticket https://qode.ticksy.com/ticket/1138238/ you have asked for assistance regarding Revolution slider, and agent asked for website url and login credentials in order to be able to check your current setup and that is perfectly normal.
    Also, by searching our ticket system, you can find some helpful suggestions by other users, like this one https://qode.ticksy.com/ticket/598880​ and it is possible to optimize site for speed to load for 2 seconds, and I must point out that loading time of 5 seconds is perfectly acceptable, and we are pointing this out because of your comment on dashboard.
    We are sorry because of issues with Ticksy, and I can partially agree regarding response time. Unfortunately, this is caused buy some updates to Ticksy, because people form Ticksy are working on improvements and here is reply from them:
    "One of my top priorities at the moment is rebuilding the codebase for the backend of Ticksy. The core focus will be speed and reliability and I hope to have something to release in the next month or two. In the meantime, we will continue to monitor Ticksy and apply fixes and adjustments when needed.
    But again, the ultimate goal is to rebuild and we're working hard on getting this done as soon as possible."
    Ticksy is 3rd party APP which we are using and it is recommended by Envato market, APP have best Envato API integration out there, and we will wait for all these fixes to be applied. Some ups and dowsn may occurred in the process, but there is nothing we can do regarding this. We hope that updates will be over soon, and we are because of this.
